Here Are Some Things That Are Handy To Know..
Valuables | Our insurances do not cover breakages to valuables such as antiques or musical instruments. As policy we exclude any areas displaying valuables & will decline to clean any musical instruments

Pets | At Green Kleen Co we are pet lovers & animals will most certainly get a pat! However as policy we do not clean any animal related items such as pet bowls, pet litter or pet accidents

Clutter | We allocate our time according to the property being in relatively well ordered condition. To stick to our allocated time frames we do opt to exclude any areas there are overly cluttered from our clean routine

Mould | Excess mould is not covered under our standard cleaning tasks. Any areas with excessive mould will incur additional charges due to extra time, products & OHS wear required

Arrival Times | Upon booking your arrival time allocated is as estimated ETA. Although we do aim to arrive at the advised time, we do also advise that there is a 60 minute leeway to allow for traffic, toilet breaks in addition to unforeseen hold ups at prior jobs

Cancelations | Cancelations may be made up to 24hrs maximum prior to your booking. Cancelation made within 24hrs are subject to a $50AUD cancelation fee. Cancelation same day or on occasions where we arrive at the property but are unable to access are charged at the full service fee

Late Payments | Invoices are due same day as service, at most the next day. Our invoices state that failure to make payment on or before the due date will incur a $12.00AUD daily late payment fee which accrues daily until the funds have been received

Quotation Terms | Our allocated costing advised on any invoice is an estimation only and is subject to change or additional fees if any unforeseen issue arise causing extra time to be taken or extra effort to be required
